Food & Beverage

Every day our experienced chefs choose the traditional products of the Trentino region to create delicious meals. Using the highest quality local products like game, speck, alpine cheeses, trout, mushrooms, fruits of the forest and the much admired apples of the Val di Non, and combining modern technology and contemporary cooking methods with traditional mountain recipes, they produce delicious meals that are creative, healthy and natural Time and tradition have created a superb cellar for tasting the finest wines of Tirol, whose native vine varieties have a strong affinity with the flavours and aromas of the fine ingredients of our terroir. Also try the varied grappe and spirits still produced in the traditional manner using pot stills in a bain marie.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 27.00 per night and person for cots. One child from 2 to 8 years is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
